Is one of the most important pioneering projects in its strategic location southeast of Jeddah in the University District, Kilo 7, and it is surrounded by the most important economic engines such as King Abdulaziz University and a number of prestigious hospitals.

Azad has developed this huge project with infrastructure according to the highest international standards on an area of more than 700,000 square meters with a rental area of more than 400,000 square meters, embracing more than 4,000 various stores distributed over 114 buildings, at an estimated cost of 1.5 billion. Saudi Riyal aims to achieve annual retail sales of more than 2 billion Saudi riyals and create more than 24,000 jobs for the country's young men and women, with the aim of joining and contributing to the Saudi economy's march towards a promising vision

The ﬁrst phase for visitors has been inaugurated by Azad Real Estate Company, which includes the opening of diverse and specialized exhibitions in the Home and Electronics sectors. This phase is one of seven planned zones for the project. It is accompanied by a variety of entertainment and seasonal events designed to draw more tourists and patrons to Souq 7.

Souq7 provides seven main zones distributed over seven different main areas in a harmonious manner.At the forefront of these commercial activities are foodstuffs, furnishings, home and electronic appliances, fashion, a gold market, and a heritage market that carries the fragrance of the past. It also contains the largest complex of cafes, restaurants, entertainment, a cinema, and 5 platforms dedicated to holding events and recreational activities in the city ofJeddah, with an area estimated at more than 50 square meters. One thousand square meters, and complementary activities such as a hotel, health clinics, and commercial ofﬁces, in addition to providing more diversiﬁed activities in the areas of cars and building materials in a modern way that meets the needs of the individual and the family to add a special character to the general atmosphere of Souq7.
